         Mainly engaged in environmental animal medicine and animal protection, animal pathology and physiological ecology and ecotoxicology research work. And severed as the committee member of the Chinese Zoological Society of Animal Physiology and Ecology, and the executive director of Hainan Society of Physiological Sciences. Undertook three projects of National Natural Science Foundation of China (1 each for General Program, Regional Program, Youth Program), three projects of Natural Science Foundation of Hainan Province, and one project each of Scientific Research Project of Higher Education Institutions in Hainan Province and Research Project of Education Teaching Reform in Hainan Province; Published more than 50 academic papers in journals such as Science of the Total Environment, Chemosphere, Ecotoxicology and Environmental Safety, Frontiers in Microbiology, Veterinary Microbiology as the first author or corresponding author, 2 published works by Science Press, etc., and had 5 authorized patents.

 

Research Direction:

1. Animal pathophysiology: study the effects and mechanisms of pathogenic microorganisms and other disease-causing factors on animals from the perspective of pathophysiology.

2. Physiology, ecology and ecotoxicology of chelonians: study the effects and mechanisms of ecological factors and environmental pollutants on chelonians, as well as the physiological response of chelonians to environmental changes and the mechanism of antiretroviral regulation.
